The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, (for instance how tennis shoes wear out after a while) and it does not cover any issues resulting from improper care of the mat. &#xA0;Please treat your mat nicely according to our&#xA0;<a href="https://yogo-help-center.gorgias.help/en-US/care-instructions-28875">care instructions</a>&#xA0;which you can also find on the product insert card (don&#x2019;t leave it out in the sun, don&#x2019;t leave it out in the rain, don&#x2019;t wash in the washing machine, only use our recommended cleaners, etc.) in order to ensure a long life for the mat.Based on the above, if you feel that you have a warranty issue, please reply with photos of the issue, and describe the problem. Please also tell us how you have been storing the mat and cleaning it.&#xA0;
