We understand that sometimes people change their mind. Yogo offers free returns within the United States, purchased from our website, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. New and unopened products have a small restocking fee of 50%. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot resell or refund opened or used mats. 

To return the item:

• Pack your unused and unopened item in a strong shipping box and seal it securely

• Securely apply the shipping label that we send

• Include a copy of your original online receipt or pack slip, or the original pack slip

Once the return has been inspected, a refund for the cost of the unopened merchandise minus any restocking fee will be issued to your original form of payment.
