Yogo has a limited 3-year warranty on all our products. If one of our items is found to have a manufacturing defect, then we will replace or refund it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, (for instance how tennis shoes wear out after a while) and it does not cover any issues resulting from improper care of the mat.  Please treat your mat nicely according to our care instructions which you can also find on the product insert card (don’t leave it out in the sun, don’t leave it out in the rain, don’t wash in the washing machine, only use our recommended cleaners, etc.) in order to ensure a long life for the mat.

Based on the above, if you feel that you have a warranty issue, please reply with photos of the issue, and describe the problem. Please also tell us how you have been storing the mat and cleaning it.
