To exchange a Yogo item purchased from our website, simply make a return of the unopened merchandise and place an order for a new one.

 Please review our return policy first:

We understand that sometimes people change their mind. Yogo offers free returns within the United States, purchased from our website, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. New and unopened products have a small restocking fee of 10%. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot resell or refund opened or used mats. 

To return the item:

Pack your unused and unopened item in any shipping box and seal it securely

Securely apply the shipping label 

Include a copy of your original online receipt, or the original pack-slip

Once the return has been inspected, a refund for the cost of the unopened merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Please allow up to 14 days for returns to process once they have been received.
