Don’t panic, it is very seldom actually lost. If your item does not seem to have arrived, first try tracking it using the confirmation email link. If it says delivered but you don’t see it, it is almost certainly with the neighbor, at the backroom in the hotel, stuck in the wrong PO box, placed in a “safer place” at the back door, or with a courier, etc. We almost never see a real lost package. Ask around a few times, and with a few people, and it will probably turn up quickly! Asking around is the fastest way to get your misplaced Yogo item into your hands. Here are a few specific things to try:

• Check with your neighbors.

• Check with the front desk (insist they look in the back).

• Ask the postman if he hid it somewhere “safer”.

• Did the carrier bring it around back or put it in the bushes?

• Look around the house, did it come in with other things? 

• Did someone else bring it in? 

• Did it end up in another bag like a shopping bag?

• Under your shoe bench/ in the hall closet?

• Check the car, garage, hall closet, etc.
