Are There International Taxes and Fees?Updated 2 years ago

Some countries may impose a tax or customs duty when you import a product and the couriers may also charge brokerage fees from 5-25 dollars. These rates are up to the recipient country and the courier, and we cannot influence them. The courier will file customs on your behalf and then contact you to collect payment.

If you are shipping internationally be sure to remove any business name, if there is a hotel put “C/O" in front, and put “Consignee” in front of your name. This will make it clear to customs to release the mat to you and not the hotel business.
